*****Please Read Before Purchasing Tickets***** A Friend in Me presents an evening of Mental Health Talks, Live Music, Food Trucks, and Local Vendors Sponsored by Wesleyan College (Wesleyan Students your ticket is free) No pets or outside food/beverages(You may bring water. Stay hydrated) Date- August 27, 2023 Location- On the quad @ Wesleyan College Time- 4:00-8:00 p.m. Website is afriendinme.net ATTN: Tickets to our event are $23. If you would like to donate more to A Friend in Me please do so on the same page where you select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. A Friend in Me is using a platform called, Zeffy. We use Zeffy for their efficiency and 100% zero fees platform to sell tickets to ensure every dollar goes towards mental health awareness. Zeffy, operates off of donations. A wide range of mental health topics (including suicide) will be displayed in speech format. Keep in mind suicide rates are on the rise in the middle school age range. Any attendee 10 years of age or younger is not required to hold a ticket to the event.
